Role/Responsibilities:
The individual will play a vital role in the Ratings and Research Support team (RRS), offering comprehensive data and process support. The successful candidate is tasked with sourcing, extracting, validating, and updating data and other information. Key functions for the role include:
- Comprehending the dataset along with input and output requirements.
- Gathering data from diverse sources and updating relevant tools, templates, internal databases, files, and spreadsheets after making pre-specified adjustments.
- Utilizing data from Moody’s internal tools, information from other teams, and company reports. Regular collaboration with other teams is essential for maintaining workflow.
- Identifying and researching issues, exceptions, and discrepancies in data, escalating when necessary, and ensuring resolution.
- Downloading information, files, links, etc., from websites/internal sites and databases.
- Providing daily and weekly updates as required by the process, including workflow status or summaries.
