Job Summary:
- Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Manager to extract financial data from diverse accounting and information systems and conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.
- Responsible for yearly revenue budgeting, proactive client issue resolution, staying informed about healthcare industry trends, and generating monthly client reports.
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Utilize internal software systems to extract and analyze data, and produce effective reports under the guidance of the Revenue Cycle Manager.
- Assist in annual revenue budget preparation and monthly KPI tracking.
- Enhance client financial outcomes by monitoring data, identifying trends and variances, proposing resolutions, and advising the Client Manager.
- Respond promptly to requests from the Revenue Cycle Manager to meet expectations.
- Engage in regular client calls alongside the Revenue Cycle Manager.
- Fill in for the Revenue Cycle Manager when necessary.
- Conduct industry research and pursue continuing education to deepen knowledge of healthcare and radiology.
